For every NEW family enrolling that you refer to us, you will receive $100 back as a credit towards the 2024 season camp tuition. There’s a maximum of 3 new family referrals. The new family must sign a referral confirmation to verify the name of the referring family. 

The more weeks your child attends, the more you save!

• Enroll for 2 weeks to get an EXTRA 2% savings per child

• Enroll for 3-5 weeks to get an EXTRA 3% savings per child

• Enroll for 6-7 weeks to get an EXTRA 5.5% savings per child.

• Enroll for 8 weeks to get an EXTRA 7% savings per child. Savings up to $484

If you enroll in Dwight Summer Camp and your plans change, or you have concerns about your child attending camp this summer, you can receive a refund for camp tuition paid as follows:

• On or before May 1, 2023:  receive a full refund. 
• Cancel After May 1, 2023 : and receive a Summer Camp credit for tuition paid for unused weeks. Credits expire August 5, 2023

CHANGING WEEKS

• Families who wish to change a camp program or camp weeks will be accommodated for a $50 fee provided there is space available.

NO SHOWS

• Participants who do not attend their registered session (for any reason, including illness or vacation) or who do not contact Dwight Summer Camp to cancel by the refund/credit dates listed above, will not receive a refund or credit.

To be considered for financial assistance for Dwight Summer Day Camp, you must complete an application for 2023.

If you have to cancel your child’s enrollment, you must notify the camp director in writing prior to May 1, 2023. Full cancellations made prior to this date are subject to the $50 deposit fee per child. If cancellation is made after May 1, 2023 all fees paid will be forfeited, regardless of your registration date. Changes in enrollment weeks are based on availability.
