Summer is in our sights, and we are thrilled to provide you and your family with Bright Horizons Back-Up Care. We aim to ensure your child has an enriching, eventful, and unforgettable summer experience.  Dwight Summer Camp Day Camp embraces the same philosophy as Dwight School, which customizes the experience for each student based on individual interests and passions. We call this “igniting the “spark of genius” in every child. Through a wide range of age-appropriate programs — including our specialty “spark” camps — children can explore, discover what they enjoy doing, and pursue that passion while making friends and having fun.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Application Approval: To register using your Bright Horizons benefits, you must first submit a Request for Care Form via your Bright Horizons Parent Portal. Once Dwight Summer Camp receives your Request for Care, we will approve or deny your requested dates based on availability. Once approved, you will receive an email from us with a Welcome Letter and instructions on how to complete registration on Jumbula. Please note that the Welcome Letter will be sent to the email address associated with your Bright Horizons account. We highly recommend updating your email to a personal email rather than a work email, as messages can sometimes go to spam, causing important information to be missed. Prior approval from Bright Horizons Back-up Care is required before finalizing registrations with us. If you already have a reservation number with Bright Horizons and have received a Welcome Letter from us, you may proceed with registration.
  2. Booking Policy: Families who privately reserve a spot through Jumbula and subsequently attempt payment through Bright Horizons will result in the termination of their booking.
  3. Website Discounts: Discounts stated on our website do not apply to Bright Horizons (Back-Up Care reservations).
  4. Swimming: Campers who attend 1–2 days per week and do not attend a Monday session will not be able to swim, as they will miss the mandatory swim test.
  5. Policy on Potty Training: New reservation applications that indicate ‘Potty Trained: No’ will be automatically declined. Unfortunately, we do not have the facilities to accommodate children who are not potty-trained. If your child is potty-trained, this must be accurately reflected on the application paperwork.
  6. Reservations and Inquiries: All reservations must be made via email. Reservations cannot be accepted over the phone. Any queries or questions should be submitted in writing via email. Responding in writing allows us to provide more accurate and prompt answers.
  7. If you wish to sign up for additional weeks of Dwight Summer Camp that are not funded or supported by Bright Horizons you will need to make a separate reservation and payment with us directly via Jumbula here.
  8. Optional Additional Costs: Lunch, extra camp t-shirts, and early/late care are available at an additional cost.
