How to report a bias incident during Summer Camp

In the event an incident of bias or racism occurs, we want to ensure you feel safe and supported and so have the following policy and protocol in place for you to utilize.

To ensure that everyone’s identity is respected we have a Gender and Name Policy for review:

Along with what is outlined in the policy, we are asking that all employees please be mindful of the following:

• That you acknowledge name choices and pronouns when speaking and in writing
• You respect requests of who should and should not know of name choices and/or pronouns
• You make sure attendance rosters and other class, group, or activity lists, including those for substitutes, accurately reflect name choices and pronouns
