Children can discover — or spend more time — pursuing their individual passion, or “spark of genius,” at one of our week-long specialty camps. Spark Camps offer campers the opportunity to build skills in technology, science, advanced swim training, and other specialty skills.
Camp H2O provides campers with a five day program to improve technique and advance training sills. Campers will have two swim sessions each day. The morning session will focus on technique and endurance. The afternoon session will focus on FUN! We will use various games and competitions that encourage campers to practice the skills they learn in the morning sessions.
The camp day will also include team building, outside play / games with an opportunity to combine with other camp groups.
June 25th – 29th : July 23rd – 27th : August 20th – 24th
Campers use technology to hone their flexibility, focus, organization and planning skills. Players are placed in borderless, randomly generated land with no supplies, directions, or objective. It is up to them to decide what to do and how to do it. Players collect materials from the world around them in order to “craft” items and build whatever their mind can imagine. The amount of blocks are limitless. There are forest to explore, mountains to climb, oceans to cross, and dungeons to discover.
The day is focused on using technology, however campers will transition into physical play/sports and swim time as scheduled. Swimming at least three days per week.
Coding July 23 – 27 & Minecraft July 30th – Aug 3rd
Campers will learn karate, basic self-defense , skill development, leadership, flexibility, focus, dedication, and self-control. The main focus of this program is character development through the martial arts. Each class will introduce new skills and ideas while building what they have already learned.
Karate is both a physically and mentally challenging activity. Every camper is active for the entire class and encouraged to strive for individual success while building character and self-discipline. The karate program is a lifelong fitness activity centered on responsibility, self-control, and integrity.
The day is focused on developing karate skills, however campers will transition into physical play/sports and swim time as scheduled. Swimming at least three days per week.
Camp Dates: June 18th – 22nd
